Megan Earnhart

Megan Ferkel Earhart is an attorney with Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker in Los Angeles, practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and related income, gift and estate tax matters. Ms. Earhart has authored and co-authored articles on estate planning in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine.  She lectures to audiences on estate planning, including to the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Jewish Community Foundation, USC Trusts and Estates Conference, Pepperdine’s Estate Planning Networking Group and the Tax & Estate Planning Forum.  She serves as an Executive Committee member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section. She has also been recognized as a “Southern California Super Lawyer” Rising Star and a “Southern California Top Female Attorney.”

Ms. Earhart was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010, received a B.A. degree, with Distinction and Honors, from the University of Michigan in 2006, a J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010, where she served as Conference Editor for the Loyola Law Journal, and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation, with High Distinction, from Loyola Law School in 2013. Ms. Earhart is a native of the Los Angeles area and is active in charitable organizations

Joseph G. Goldman

Joseph G. Goldman practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and tax planning. Mr. Goldman is a graduate of the University of Southern California, cum laude and Vanderbilt University Law School. He earned a Master of Laws in Taxation, with high distinction from Loyola Law School. Mr. Goldman is on the executive committee of Beverly Hills Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section. He is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.

Garen L. Kirakosian

Garen L. Kirakosian's practices focuses on the litigation and administration of trusts, estates, and conservatorships. Mr. Kirakosian is a graduate of the University of California- Los Angelas (UCLS) and Loyola Law School. In 2017, Mr. Kirakosian was named on the Super Lawyers-Rising Stars list as one of the top and up-and-coming attornerys in Claifornia.
