Scott Sacchi| | Senior Vice President First American Trust
 

   Scott Sacchi has over twenty years of experience in wealth management and financial services bringing this to his role as Senior Relations Manager at First American Trust.  Currently Scott is responsible for efficient administration of trust and investment management accounts for domestic and international high net worth clients, particularly those setting up trusts in the State of Nevada.  Prior to joining First American in 2021, Scott worked for several notable financial institutions (Morgan Stanley, LPL, Key Bank, and Fidelity).  Most recently, Scott served as a Senior Fiduciary Advisor on a local wealth sales team with PNC Bank in Florida.  

Scott earned his Bachelor's from Fairfield University, Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University, and LLM from Boston University.  Scott holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.  Scott is involved in various professional and community activities in Las Vegas, Nevada.  

Sara Pike| | Senior Associate at Withers Worldwide 

    Sara is a trusts and estates attorney who assists clients in all aspects of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning.  She focuses on intra-family wealth transfers, estate and gift tax savings techniques, and complex trust administrations.  She also advises individuals and organizations regarding the formation, organization, operation, and termination of private foundations and public charities.  

Sara has a J.D. and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.  She also has a Bachelors from Wesleyan University.  Sara has given numerous talks on the topic of estate planning throughout San Diego.
